The page is fully integrated with Pythagoras property management system and case management. This means that cases and requests are automatically linked to the correct property, space, person, or responsible unit, streamlining the entire workflow and improving data quality.
How does My pages work?
My pages is a digital service where your customers and users log in to help themselves to the following:
- Follow the status of cases: View the current status on progress of error reports, requests, or other ongoing cases.
- Submit an error report: Register error notifications and issues directly via the web, automatically linked to the correct object and responsible party.
- Place orders: Requests, such as, facility management, additional services, or other resources you can manage directly via a simple self-service portal.
- Share documents: All documents such as contracts, inspection reports, etc. are shared and easy to find in the system.
- View drawings: In Pythagoras, you can access drawings as digital twins, visualizing areas, walls, and components, and get information about upcoming activities such as scheduled cleaning, maintenance, and details on who rents which areas, etc.

My pages is currently used by most of our customers who use the Pythagoras case management module. This includes:
